By using CalendarWeekNerd, you agree to these Terms and to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).

Purpose: CalendarWeekNerd is a week-tracking app for iOS, iPadOS, and watchOS.

No Warranty: The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.

Liability: We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the app, except as required by applicable law.

Restrictions: Do not reverse engineer, modify, or use the app for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual Property: All rights remain with the developer.

Purchases: Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. A "Lifetime" purchase refers to a one-time payment that grants access for the lifetime of the app, i.e., as long as CalendarWeekNerd is available and supported. It does not imply any guarantee of perpetual availability.

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply.
